We developed this site (www.shincliffekennelsandcattery.co.uk) back in February 2008 and it's time for a revamp.  This customer has now decided to move away from all forms of advertising and concentrate his marketing budget on the Internet.  Over the coming weeks we will be:

  • Updating the existing site with new content and a new layout whilst retaining the "paw" theme
  • Adding a blog with useful information for cat and dog owners
  • Adding a microsite on a different domain name to generate more cat boarding business
  • Adding auto responsders to his email accounts
  • Adding a new "intelligent" enquiry form
  • Implementing a Google Adwords campaign to generate more targetted web traffic

I am looking forward to the next phase of this development and I'll be posted more entries about it over the next month or so - it's a good example of how a business can establish a presence at a low cost then incrementally upgrade their presence based on information from 12 months worth of log statistics.  Watch this space!
