We are now developing a new product aimed at guest houses, hotels, and holiday rental home companies.  The product is called BOOKING MANAGER and will provide a complete online solution for managing bookings.  Features already in place include:

  • Dynamic AJAX driven schedule engine similiar to Microsoft Outlook Calendar
  • Microsoft .NET Membership Provider for security
  • Unlimited resources per clients (rooms per hotel, or houses per company)
  • Bookings can be entered, edited, and deleted
  • Booking can be categorised as NEW, CONFIRMED, ARRIVED, CHECKED OUT
  • Each client using the system can choose the number of days required before booking for confirmation, latest arrival hour, latest checkout time

As the development grows we will be adding invoicing capabilities, online payments, and providing you with the ability to offer online bookings for your clients via your site (which will appear in the Booking Manager).

There are many systems online which offer online bookings but we intend this system to be better in the following respects:

  • No commission will be charged on bookings
  • A one-off setup fee (we estimate £199 + VAT)
  • An annual low cost hosting fee (£99 + VAT)
  • Integration with public facing web sites
  • Advanced reports and invoice generation
  • Online payment processing via your web site using PayPal, WorldPay and other third party payment systems
  • Will handle guest houses in US, UK, Europe
  • Will allow photographs of rooms and features to be added for display on web sites - add the data once and use it anywhere you need to.
  • Menus for breakfasts and evening meals will be added to allow a complete "end to end" service to your clients
